Baked Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. (level) nutmeg
    margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour (scant)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place peeled and sliced apples in casserole baking dish.
    Cover with sugar and nutmeg.
    Dot butter on top.
    Mix flour, baking powder, shortening and milk.
    Spread this over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
