Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 large chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 small red peppers
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
Can be served as is, as a coney sauce or over spaghetti with grated cheese, onions, beans and oyster crackers.
