Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. Bake-Rite
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Pour milk over oats; let stand 5 minutes.
Sift together flour, sugar, Bake-Rite and salt.
Add dry ingredients, eggs and oil to oats mixture, stirring until combined.
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot, lightly greased griddle.
Bake.
