Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice and pulp
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. ice cold milk (homogenized or skim)
Preparation

Mix sugar and lemon juice.
Add mixture to ice cold milk. Pour into refrigerator tray or stainless steel bread pan.
Put in freezer.
Remove tray when ice is partially frozen.
Beat smooth and return to freezer until solid.
