Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and roll in 3 sticks the size of 1/2 dollar.
    Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours wrapped in foil.
    Then take out of refrigerator and unwrap.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Feeds 10 to 15.
