Beef Tips Over Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    8 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1/2 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
    1/2 medium yellow onion, coarsely chopped
    1 Tbsp. beef base (Minors)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    3/4 lb. egg noodles
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown meat in a large, heavy bottom skillet.
    Add diced tomatoes, green pepper, onion, garlic, beef base and 1/2 of the water. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
    Mix cornstarch and remaining water and stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve meat mixture over hot, cooked noodles.
