Easy Low-Fat Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small angel food cake (round or loaf style)
2 cans lite cherry pie filling
1 pkg. Jell-O brand fat-free/no sugar added vanilla instant pudding mix
2 c. fat free lactade milk
Preparation

Cut the angel food cake into bite-size pieces.
Open the two cans of cherry pie filling.
Mix the pudding according to package directions.
Layer in a glass straight-sided bowl:
1/2 of the angel food cake, 1/2 of the pudding and 1 can of pie filling. Make a second layer of the remainder of the cake, pudding and pie filling.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
