Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter flavor Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream butter Crisco, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Blend flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Stir into creamed mixture.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll balls of dough in this mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Remove to cooling racks.
