Ingredients

2 c. plain yogurt
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. dill
1 tsp. fresh mint
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Chill for several hours.
Serve with pita, as a salad, on lettuce or as a dip with crackers.
