Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 to 6 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    kosher salt
    vegetable spread
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water.
    Add 2 cups of flour and the sugar. Work in remaining flour and knead.
    Shape and place on a sprayed cookie sheet.
    Mix the egg and water; brush on.
    Add salt and bake at 425\u00b0 for 6 to 15 minutes.
