Forty Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (roaster)
    olive oil
    40 garlic, cleaned
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place garlic under the skin of the chicken.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Drizzle with a little olive oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 for one hour in covered casserole dish.
    Serve with French or sourdough bread.
