Cream Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 cans whipping cream, whipped or 2/3 large container
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 small pkg. instant pudding mix
    36 vanilla wafers
    1 can crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Slice bananas and dip in lemon juice. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Chill 3 minutes. Fold in whipping cream and pineapple. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture in a 2 1/2 quart round glass serving bowl. Top with one-third each of vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat layers, ending with pudding. Chill thoroughly.
