Agape Class Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
10 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
4 to 5 slices bread
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
bell pepper
onion
mushroom
Preparation
-
Cook and drain sausage.
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
Butter bread and cube.
Spread bread on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle sausage, cheese, bell pepper, onion and mushroom over bread.
Mix eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
