Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box (2 Pkg.) Lipton dry chicken noodle soup mix
1 c. instant rice
3 c. water
1 lb. pork sausage (hot, mild or a combination of each)
2 c. celery diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 small jar diced pimento, drained
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Bring 3 cups water to a boil.
Add rice and both packages Lipton chicken noodle soup mix.
Stir, cover tightly and set aside.
