Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 1 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. light cream or milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat all on medium heat except vanilla.
Reduce heat and stir constantly until thickened (about 5 minutes), then add vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Pour over ice cream, brownies, etc.
