Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 small or 2 large strained carrots (baby food)
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs well.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
