Soft Clouds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and drained
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; whip with electric mixer until smooth.
Transfer to greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
