Spicy Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno, chopped*
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. sour cream
    8 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Combine 1 tablespoon of flour, salt and peppers (dry).
    Toss to coat chicken.
    Fry in oil 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
    Remove chicken.
