Zucchini Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. zucchini, peeled and diced
    1 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    6 tsp. oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, apple juice, lemon juice and cinnamon; put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with flour, oleo, brown sugar and baking powder. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
