Venison Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 venison roast (3 lb.)
    2 small onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook roast until tender; drain juice.
    Tear roast apart with fork.
    Add barbecue sauce.
    Place in boiler on stove and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve as sandwich or with meal.
