Bitsy'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Sift first 5 ingredients together.
Break egg into mixture. Combine all ingredients.
Oil pans and heat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until browned.
