Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Add yeast to warm water; let set while mixing other ingredients.
    Sift flour; add sugar and shortening.
    Mix well.
    Add yeast and buttermilk; blend.
    You can roll out immediately or place in refrigerator and use as needed.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
