Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boned chicken breast halves
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. Sauterne wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter or margarine; remove from pan and place in casserole dish.
    To skillet, add onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutes.
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Stir into onion mixture; gradually add chicken broth and bouillon cubes crumbled.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and add Sauterne.
    Pour over chicken in casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
