Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

2 large zucchini
1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1 small clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving about 1/4-inch shell.
Chop pulp.
