Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla with an electric blender.
Mix on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
