Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. butter/oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. milk
    3 to 4 slices bacon, diced
Preparation
    Brown onion in bacon.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Add potatoes, salt, pepper and chicken broth.
    Cover and cook until done.
    Add milk and chopped parsley.
    Butter may also be added if desired.
    Serves 4 to 5.
