Bhugia(From India) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peas
    4 medium potatoes
    green peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil peas and potatoes separately.
    When the potatoes are thoroughly done, drain and let them cool enough to handle.
    Drain the peas.
    Heat oil in a frying pan.
    Slice the potatoes.
    Saute the potatoes and peas together.
    Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green peppers.
