Boot'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. each cinnamon and ginger
1/4 tsp. each mace and ground cloves
1/3 c. each white and brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, blend pumpkin, butter and spices.
Add sugars and eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness.
