Lobscow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 lb. hamburger
    butter, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place layer of meat, onions, potatoes and tomatoes (or soup) in baking pan or dish.
    Season; dot with butter.
    Repeat layers of ingredients until used.
    Pour water over all and bake in covered dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
