Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.
