King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cooked and boned
    12 tortillas (corn)
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Dip tortillas in 1 cup warm chicken broth until wilted.
    Lay 6 in greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish, overlapping.
    Boil onion, pepper and chili pepper in 1/2 cup chicken stock.
    Add soup and tomatoes.
    Place a layer of chicken meat on tortillas.
    Pour soup mixture over it.
    Repeat tortillas, chicken and soup layers.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
