Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    4 eggs
    1 c. sliced citron
    1 c. whole candied cherries
    1 c. chopped candied pineapple
    1 c. chopped figs
    1 c. seedless raisins
    3 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Line 2 loaf pans with lightly greased parchment paper.
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat 2 minutes.
    In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour with fruit and nuts.
    Sift remaining flour with baking powder and spices.
    Stir into oil mixture alternately with orange juice.
    Pour batter over fruit mixture.
    Blend well.
