Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/2 can green chiles and pepper
8 corn tortillas
2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown and drain meat.
Combine soup, enchilada sauce, milk and green chiles.
Heat until bubbly.
Dip tortillas in oil.
Do not fry.
Roll up meat, onion and some cheese in tortillas.
Put ends down.
Put in skillet.
Pour sauce over tortillas.
Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Cook for 10 minutes.
You may put this in a casserole dish, also.
Bake until cheese is melted at 350\u00b0.
