Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes with peppers
1 pkg. Doritos chips
1 medium onion
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Put layer of chips in bottom of oblong, glass baking dish. Cover with layer of cheese.
Mix chicken, soups, tomatoes and onion.
Pour over cheese and chips.
Top with another layer of chips and grated cheese.
Bake until bubbling and cheese is melted at 375\u00b0.
