Apricot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. all-bran
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. cut up dried apricots
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in buttermilk, which has been mixed with soda.
    Mix together the next 7 ingredients.
    Add to first mixture.
    Stir in raisins and apricots.
    Store in refrigerator in covered container.
    Bake in greased muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
