Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. or less milk
Preparation

Sift flour to measure.
Add baking powder and salt; sift again.
Stir in milk.
Dough must be stiff enough to handle easily.
Roll dough on board; cut into small biscuits.
Lay in single layer.
Cover and boil for 20 minutes without raising lid.
