Dilled Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook carrots in a small amount of water until crisp-tender; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
