Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour milk
    1 c. rolled oats (quick or cooking)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Grease 12-cup muffin pan or use papers. Sift together the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda); set aside.
    Pour milk over oats. Add brown sugar, egg and oil; mix well.
    Stir in sifted ingredients. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
