Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 lemon, squeezed
    1 to 2 Tbsp. red onion, thinly sliced
    1 to 3 Tbsp. fresh basil, snipped
    1 box grape tomatoes, halved
    1 to 2 cucumbers, semi-peeled and sliced
    1 block Feta cheese (in big chunks)
Preparation
    Whisk together vinegar, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add cucumbers, onions and tomatoes; mix well. Add basil; stir. Add Feta and stir. Feta will break up into smaller pieces when you stir the salad. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
