Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 boxes lemon instant pudding mix
    3 c. cold milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup chopped pecans, flour and butter together.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Let cream cheese soften and cream together with powdered sugar.
    When blended, mix in 5 ounces of Cool Whip.
    Spread on top of cooled pecan mixture.
    Mix pudding mix, milk and vanilla together. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
    Let chill and then spread on remaining 3 ounces Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Keep refrigerated.
    Try coconut cream pudding instead of lemon. It's good also.
