Breakfast Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

6 to 8 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. half and half cream
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
6 to 7 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper
Preparation

Oil a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Cube bread and line bottom of pan.
Cook and drain sausage; sprinkle over bread.
Add cheese, mushrooms, cream, milk and seasoning to eggs.
Stir and pour over bread and sausage.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
