Baked Tomatoes With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, cut in half, seeds removed
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped cooked spinach, drained well
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place tomatoes in shallow baking dish, cut side down.
    Mix rest of ingredients, except crumbs.
    Divide and spread evenly over tomatoes.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until crumbs are toasted and tomato heated.
    Yields 6 servings.
