Escalloped Chicken With Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken or turkey, diced in 1/2-inch pieces
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. oleo
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
6 oz. dry bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. and 2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. diced pimento
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 qt. broth
1/2 c. slightly beaten eggs
Preparation

Cook celery and green pepper in oleo until partially cooked. Add flour and cook 5 minutes.
Add broth and milk; cook until thick.
Add seasonings and pimento.
Set aside and prepare dressing.
