Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup butter softened
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup apples peeled cored and shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix first 5 ingredients together well. Then in a large bowl beat butter, sugar and 1 egg until smooth. Beat in second egg, stir in vanilla, then apples. Pour flour mixture into batter. Mix until moist. Pour into greased 9x5 inch pan. Bake 1 hr.
