Rice-Frank-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. instant rice or almost precooked regular rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    3/4 lb. frankfurters (bite size)
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and green pepper.
    Stir in rice.
    Add water and salt; boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup. Add frankfurters and mustard.
    Heat through, stirring often.
