Shredded Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. beef roast (chuck or round)
    1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. red pepper seed
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a covered roaster.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Remove and shred with fork while still warm.
