Raspberry Truffle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt margarine and chocolate chips over low heat.
Cool slightly.
Beat together eggs and brown sugar.
Dissolve coffee crystals in water and add to egg mixture with chocolate.
Combine baking powder and flour and stir into chocolate mixture.
Pour into a 9-inch greased square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
