Buttermilk Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender or mixer.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
