Tomato Chicken Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice and sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano and salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 garlic
    3 c. V-8
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    dab of mayo
Preparation
    Heat V-8 and spices to a boil.
    Add gelatin.
    Pour over into casserole.
    Chill until like egg white, then add cooked, diced chicken, celery, green pepper, green onions and green olives. Chill.
    Serve with mayo.
