Oreo Cake - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreos
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large carton Cool Whip, divided
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Crush cookies until coarse.
Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
To the rest of the cookie crumbs, add the melted butter; mix well. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
